黑河市自來水公司成立于1959年，主要負(fù)責(zé)城市供水及城市公共供水設(shè)施的建設(shè)、維護(hù)和管理工作。目前，擁有兩處地表水水廠（一用一備）、三處地下水泵站（備用）、三個(gè)城區(qū)加壓泵站、一個(gè)水質(zhì)檢測(cè)中心。
